Senior Full Stack Engineer/Lead Agentic Cloud SDLC Platform

Singapore, Singapore · Remote | January 2025 - Present.

After joining the team, I identified major communication issues among outstaff engineers. I took ownership of coordination, resolving within a week problems that had remained open for over a month. I centralized communication around task workflows, improving transparency and collaboration. As a feature owner, I managed the full delivery lifecycle: requirements gathering, task distribution, code reviews, testing, releases, and technical mentoring while actively contributing to implementation.

I inherited a prototype suitable for demos but not for scaling. I led a major architectural redesign, delivering initial results within one month and enabling the platform to scale to the point where it could contribute to its own development within seven months. I identified critical architectural bottlenecks, validated solutions, and authored the architecture brief that guided development for the next quarter.

I built approximately 70% of the backend platform, including the following core systems:

• Billing Service Subscription management, top-ups, balances, usage-based LLM billing, overage handling, and spending limits. Customer Solution Deployment
• Deployment platform with build machines, workers, FSM-based orchestration, and Optimistic Concurrency Control (OCC), providing customers with managed CI/CD out of the box.
• Cerebrum Service Ardor’s AI agent, deeply integrated across the platform and capable of performing most end-user actions. MCP server exposing agent-friendly interfaces over platform functionality. Context compaction and context-management mechanisms. R&D on agent architectures, prompting strategies, and autonomous agent workflows.
• Managed Domain System Custom domain management with DNS verification, automated certificate handling, and seamless domain reattachment.

• Was responsible for a release in a different domain zone to comply with local regulations. It was challenging because of sophisticated subdomain routing logic that did not allow us to simply swap it. Despite technical trade-offs in active collaboration with the team lead and product manager, we met the deadline.
• Initiated a process change to start measuring tasks in story points instead of days, which is more flexible in case of reassignment and allows measuring the entire team’s capacity. Started the discussion in retro and pushed it forward until we began integration.
• Improved application performance by 10% through SQL query optimization.

• Structured the development process by implementing SCRUM, making sprint outcomes predictable, tasks measurable, and the process flow through the pipeline from requirements gathering to estimating, development, testing, and delivery. Also created specific Jira automations to simplify the process.
• Boosted application performance by up to 2x through optimization of SQL queries, database indexing, asynchronous database queries, and caching using PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Implemented a Telegram mini app to attract a Russian-speaking audience and use Telegram as a marketing channel by creating a Telegram bot and integrating it with the main authentication & billing system, using iogram and Firebase.
